Straban Hearing on Super Walmart Postponed!

Developer plans OVER 500,000 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL
To include a Wal-Mart Supercenter at Route 30 and Shealer Rd.

Ø “On a weekday daily basis, the ADT(Average Daily Trips) is estimated to be 20,688 trips.”[1]

Ø The mega shopping center is so BIG it will require almost 2466 parking spaces;[2]

Ø The site will contain 46.5 acres of parking lots and buildings;[3]
